Real Estate Salesperson Self-Paced Online Courses

New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson Course: This is the class to become a real estate agent. All course material is included in tuition. This class is self-paced online instruction. This class comes in the form of a series of modules that once completed will ultimately result in you becoming eligible for the state exam to become a real estate agent. Upon signing up you will receive information regarding how to access our self-paced online class. The difference between this and our live instructor led class is that the self-paced class does not have a live instructor.  

Tuition: $325

Prerequisites: To obtain a real estate salespersons license in New Jersey you are required to be at least 18 years of age, have a high school education or equivalent, successfully complete 75 hours of instruction at a school approved by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission, pass a state examination, furnish evidence of good moral character and be sponsored for licensure by a New Jersey broker. A salesperson candidate must be a legal resident of the United States, but does not have to be a citizen.
