Real Estate Broker Live Instructor-Led Online Course
New Jersey Real Estate Broker Course: This is the class to become a New Jersey Real Estate Broker. All course material is included in tuition. This class is live online instruction taught by Kyle Kovats. Upon signing up you will receive information regarding how to access our live online classes.
Tuition: $999
Prerequisites: To obtain a real estate brokers license in New Jersey you are required to be at least 18 years of age, have a high school education or equivalent, successfully complete 150 hours of instruction at Kovats Real Estate School, pass a state examination, furnish evidence of good moral character and be a full-time salespersons for at least 3 years. A broker candidate must be a legal resident of the United States, but does not have to be a citizen.
Class Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30-2:30 for 5 weeks.
3 weeks - 90 Hours of "Core" Requirements
1 week - Agency and Ethics
1 week - Office Management
5 Week Day Course
Monday Through Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm

May 26th (Memorial Day)
July 7th (Independence Day)
September 1st (Labor Day)
